These terms apply to consumer purchases through our website. Please read them before ordering and contact us if anything is unclear.

2. Our Products

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear, but this does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Please check the product description, measurements, material, selected size and colour, and what is included before ordering. Accessories shown in photographs are included only where the product description says so.

Product information does not limit your statutory rights if an item is faulty, unsuitable for its stated purpose or not as described.

3. Placing an Order

You can review and correct your basket and delivery details before submitting your order.

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; we accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. A contract for the products covered by that confirmation is formed at that point.

Before accepting an order, we may be unable to proceed because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is a genuine pricing or description error, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. We will inform you and refund any payment taken for products we cannot supply.

Once we have accepted your order, we will not change its price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling, GBP (£). Opulhouse Ltd is not currently VAT registered and does not charge VAT.

The total payable, including any applicable delivery charge, is displayed before you complete your purchase. We accept the payment methods available at checkout.

If we discover a pricing error before accepting your order, we will explain the error and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. If we cannot contact you, we will not accept the affected order and will refund any payment taken.

5. Delivery and Dispatch

We offer free standard UK delivery with no minimum spend. Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are excluded from this offer. Contact us before ordering to these destinations to confirm delivery availability, charges and estimated times.

  • Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed at or after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. All times refer to UK local time.

Standard UK mainland delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery to other eligible UK locations may take longer.

If delivery is delayed, please contact us. We will investigate and keep you informed. Any estimated delivery date does not remove your legal rights concerning late delivery, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

We remain responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you identify to receive them, subject to any exceptions provided by law. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.

For further information, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

For most online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, followed by a further 14 days to send them back.

We also offer an extended 30-day change-of-mind return window, subject to the eligibility and condition requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

You pay the direct return postage cost for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods where required by law.

Exceptions can apply to personalised goods and qualifying sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed. Opening ordinary packaging does not automatically remove cancellation rights.

Full instructions, exclusions and refund times are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in that policy restricts your statutory rights.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Your goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and as described.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs can help where available.

You generally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. Depending on the circumstances, further rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund can apply beyond that period.

8. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence or if both you and we knew it might happen when the contract was made.

We do not exclude or limit responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, your statutory rights concerning goods, or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Products sold under these consumer terms are supplied for domestic and private use. We do not accept responsibility for business losses arising from commercial use, such as lost business profits or business interruption.

9. Unexpected Disruption

If an event outside our reasonable control affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce its impact.

This does not remove our responsibility to deal with your order or your statutory rights concerning delayed or undelivered goods. If there is a substantial delay, contact us about cancellation and a refund for products you have not received.

10. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Content on this website is owned by us or used with permission from the relevant rights holders. Intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

You may view the website and keep copies of information for your personal shopping and order records. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder, unless otherwise permitted by law.

11. Acceptable Use and Customer Accounts

You must not use the website unlawfully, introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks or unlawful misuse. This does not remove your rights relating to existing orders, refunds or statutory remedies.

12. Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Cookie preferences can be managed through the controls available on our website.

13. Complaints

Please email support@boldvisionuk.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking.

We aim to resolve complaints within 14 calendar days of receiving them. If we need longer to investigate, we will explain why and keep you updated.

This target does not extend any statutory refund deadline or restrict your right to seek independent advice or take legal action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version provided when you place your order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

15. Governing Law and Courts

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

16. General

If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where they can operate fairly without it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
